Our Clients

Healthcare organizations and government agencies need to communicate with diverse audiences in a way that is effective and culturally respectful. Additionally, they face pressures to meet constantly changing regulations, tight budgets, and short turnaround times.

That’s why our clients choose Avantpage. They know they can rely on us because of our decades of experience in their field, our reputation as a quality language services provider, our use of advanced technology, and because we share a common goal.

The goal that brings us together is to enable immigrants and individuals with limited English proficiency (LEP) to access essential services and programs in their preferred language.

Avantpage has chosen to focus our work in these areas as they have the biggest impact on immigrant and limited-English speaking (LEP) communities. Within these industries, our clients come to us for a variety of language services, from translation to interpreting to accessibility and more. Our end goal is to eliminate language as a barrier to the success of immigrants.

Work With Us Your Way

Every organization has a preferred way of buying professional services. We understand that selecting a language partner is an important process, and our goal is to make working with us as easy as possible.

There are a number of ways you can work with Avantpage, depending on your needs and goals:

YOU ARE LOOKING TO ISSUE AN RFP

If you need to go through a formal RFP process, Avantpage will submit a proposal that fulfills your language requirements. If you aren’t sure how to build your RFP or evaluate the proposals, our team can consult on best practices that fit your needs.

YOU’D LIKE TO USE AN EXISTING CONTRACT

By leveraging existing agreements, such as statewide contracts, you can access our services without the need for extensive paperwork. If you’re unsure about using statewide master contracts, contact us for help determining their availability.

YOU’D LIKE TO ISSUE A PURCHASE ORDER

In some cases, it is possible to issue a single or blanket purchase order without the need for a formal RFP process. We’ll provide any additional information you need to get through the procurement stage and get to work on your language services.

YOU WANT TO KEEP IT SIMPLE

If your procurement practices are flexible, simply reach out to our team directly for quotes and service information. We’re committed to providing transparent pricing and comprehensive information to facilitate your decision-making process.

Leverage Our Master Contracts

If you work under the umbrella of the larger bodies listed below, we can simplify your job by leveraging a pre-existing contract and bypassing formal procurement processes.

If applicable, you can access our services without the need for extensive paperwork. If you’re unsure about using statewide master contracts, contact us for help determining their availability.
