Our corporate responsibility approach reflects this commitment through diversity, social impact, and business practices that support the communities we serve.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

Diversity, equity, and inclusion are reflected across Avantpage’s culturally and linguistically diverse team. Women represent 60% of our leadership team, and more than 40% of our staff are Latinx.

Avantpage is a certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Small Business Enterprise (SBE), and participates in organizations including the Western Regional Minority Supplier Development Council, the National Minority Supplier Development Council, and the Diversity Alliance for Science.

Many of our clients prioritize working with small and minority-owned businesses, and Avantpage extends that commitment through its own purchasing practices. As a certified MBE and SBE, we combine diverse leadership with established quality processes and experience serving multilingual communities.

Corporate Sustainability & Environmental Policy

Corporate sustainability is part of Avantpage’s approach to responsible business practices. Our predominantly remote work model helps reduce commuting and office-related resource use, while our digital-first processes help limit paper and print consumption. In the office spaces we maintain, we focus on energy conservation, recycling, and waste reduction as part of our broader environmental responsibility.
