Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

Avantpage is proud of our culturally and linguistically diverse team of employees and linguists and we ensure that this diversity is present at all levels of the company. 60% of our leadership team are women and over 40% of our staff are Latinx.

We are a certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Small Business Enterprise (SBE) and are active members of the Western Regional Minority Supplier Development Council, the National Minority Supplier Development Council, and the Diversity Alliance for Science, where we bring our expertise in the healthcare and life sciences arenas.

Many of our clients have made it a goal to support small and minority owned businesses. We are grateful for these initiatives and pass them on in turn through our own purchasing. Environmental Policy

Avantpage places a high value on sustainability. We are committed to minimizing our carbon footprint by actively considering the environmental implications of our operations. As part of this commitment, we have transitioned to a predominantly remote work setup, which has significantly reduced carbon emissions from daily commuting. Our digital-centric approach allows us to drastically reduce paper and print media usage. The minimal office space we maintain adheres to all local environmental standards, with a focus on energy conservation, recycling, and minimizing waste. We firmly believe that each small stride towards a more sustainable world can make a significant difference for future generations.
