FILE PREPARATION

Once we receive your files and project specifications, we perform any pre-process steps necessary so that our translators can get straight to work.

TRANSLATION

Native language translators render the document in the languages you need, while our editors and proofreaders ensure that it’s error-free and culturally fluent.

FORMATTING (DESKTOP PUBLISHING)

Multilingual design experts lay out the copy to make sure it’s presented in line with the original formatting.

LAYOUT PROOFING

Once the text has been formatted, we perform a round of visual proofing to ensure nothing was lost in the design process.

CLIENT REVIEW

We share the translated documents with you to provide optional feedback. We then review your feedback and make any changes, as appropriate.

DELIVERY

Once we’ve made any adjustments from the client review phase, we send you the final translated product.

INVOICING

Our accountants send an invoice for payment after you’ve received your translated documents. If you have any specific invoicing or reporting requirements, your project manager will have communicated this to the accounting team.
